InstaNote End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acknowledgement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Sanoji for the use of InstaNote. By downloading or using InstaNote, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. InstaNote is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

2. Scope of License

Sanoji grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use InstaNote for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

3. Maintenance and Support

Sanoji is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to InstaNote, as specified in this EULA or as required under applicable law.

4. Warranty

InstaNoteis provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Sanoji disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Sanoji shall be solely responsible for any claims of intellectual property infringement related to InstaNote. All intellectual property rights in InstaNote are owned by Sanoji.

6. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

8. Third Party Beneficiary

Sanoji and you acknowledge that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of InstaNote is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to This EULA

Sanoji reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this EULA.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
