Where's my data?
On your Mac. Clipboard history, vitals, focus blocks, and the stash all live in kitsu's own sandbox container — no cloud, no account, nothing synced in v1.
Does it drain my battery?
No. kitsu's sprites idle at a couple of frames per second, the notch animates only while it's open, and moods update on system events — not on timers. Your battery won't notice it's there.
What are the system requirements?
macOS 14 or later. kitsu lives in your menu bar — and in the notch, if your Mac has one.
How do I restore Pro?
Open kitsu's Settings → Shop → Restore Purchases. Pro is a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to resubscribe to — restoring just re-validates your unlock.
Is there a subscription?
No. kitsu is free, with one optional one-time Pro unlock. Nothing recurs, nothing is ever sold separately.
